The Fort Worth-based owner and operator of golf properties has expanded its national portfolio with the acquisition of Tumble Creek, a private golf and residential community in Cle Elum, Washington, marking the company’s 27th property and its first in the state.
Located adjacent to the Suncadia resort about 80 miles east of Seattle, Tumble Creek is a gated golf community on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountains, where a sunnier and drier climate has made the area a popular destination for outdoor recreation.
