Buyers and sellers look to be on equal footing, area real estate agents say, with prices and inventory remaining stable as the Fort Worth housing market hits the midyear mark.
The Fort Worth region’s housing market is not seeing significant fluctuations this year, according to the latest housing market data from the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
“As we reflect on the first half, we can see we are a more reliable buying and selling space,” said Shawn Buck, a real estate broker with United Real Estate and the 2026 president of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. “Unlike the pandemic years and the period that followed, the market allows buyers and sellers to take a more measured approach to their transactions.
