H-E-B’s expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex continues, with a new store coming to an east Dallas suburb.
A 139,271-square-foot store is coming to Royse City, Texas, located at 5048 Interstate 30, estimated to cost nearly $40 million. The location will also include a gas station and car wash, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Construction on the store is set to begin on Jan. 4, 2027, and finish on Jan. 28, 2028. (TDLR filings are subject to change.) However, locals might notice some activity there before the year ends…
