More than 15,000 people are demanding answers after a 2-year-old Goldendoodle named Rocco allegedly died after being left chained outside in the sweltering Texas heat.
The Change.org petition calling for accountability in Rocco’s death had collected 15,017 verified signatures as of Tuesday, as authorities in DeSoto continue investigating what happened to the dog.
