Construction for a new Trader Joe’s grocery store in north Fort Worth is slated to begin in December.
The company plans to build a 12,500-square-foot store at 9052 North City Drive in the eastern portion of the North City development near the intersection of Interstate 35W and U.S. Highway 287, according to a Friday filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The store, costing about $900,000, is expected to be completed by June 2027.
“We do have plans for a new Trader Joe’s store in Fort Worth,” Trader Joe’s spokesperson Nakia Rohde told the Fort Worth Report in an email on Friday. “We do not yet have any additional details to share.”…
