Costco’s North Texas expansion is moving deeper into the suburbs, with a new warehouse planned for Wylie just weeks after stores opened in Celina and Mansfield and another location prepares to open in The Colony.
The Wylie project would bring a roughly 165,000-square-foot Costco warehouse and fuel center to 2002 W. Kirby St., northeast of Dallas.
Construction is scheduled to begin Oct. 12 and run through Aug. 6, 2027, with an estimated combined investment of about $42.3 million. The timeline represents planned construction rather than a confirmed opening date…
