DUNCANVILLE, Texas – A Garland man has been arrested nearly a month after police say he fired a handgun at another driver during a road-rage confrontation at a Duncanville intersection.
Kevin Gray, 42, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the Aug. 11 shooting.
