A Texas family is suing a Fort Worth daycare after alleging their 4-year-old son was encouraged to fight another child while in the facility’s care. The lawsuit comes after the family says surveillance video showed a former employee allegedly encouraging the incident, raising serious questions about what happened inside the daycare.
According to WFAA, the Harris family had enrolled their 4-year-old son to Arka Montessori Academy of Risinger daycare in Fort Worth. On April 27, the mother, Heather Harris decided to stop by the daycare facility.
She said that from the crying and look on his face that something had happened. At that point she decided that she needed to see the cameras for herself.
