Lawsuit alleges Fort Worth day care teacher restrained, dragged 4-year-old

The parents of a 4-year-old boy are suing a Fort Worth day care, alleging their son was restrained, dragged and yelled at by a teacher who also encouraged another child to hit him.

The family said the April incident at Arka Montessori, off Risinger Road in Fort Worth, was more than a bad day at day care. Months later, they said, their son is still dealing with anxiety and requires therapy.
