Ever since Taylor Sheridan acquired half of Cattlemen’s Steakhouse — alongside existing owners Marti Taylor and Larry Heppe — he’s made it a personal mission to revive the time-honored Fort Worth staple.
Not that it appeared to need much reviving on the surface, as it has long roped in tourists and locals for a prime cut dinner. But after the Hollywood producer added his name to the LLC, Cattlemen’s reaped some obvious upgrades — chief among them the Cattlemen’s Club.
On Sept. 10, the members-only club, located out of sight in the basement of the restaurant, held a Promontory Wine Dinner.
