IRVING, Texas – A man sought in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a woman at Shady Grove Trail Park has been arrested after tips from the public helped Irving Police identify him.
Isaac Guevara, 29, was arrested Friday, Sept. 18, four days after the incident, and booked into the Irving Jail at 1:14 p.m. He is charged with attempted aggravated kidnapping, a second-degree felony.
The case began Sept. 14 at Shady Grove Trail Park in the 700 block of W. Vilbig Street. After receiving a 911 call from the woman, officers responded and searched for the man, but he got away…
