TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper testified in the trial of an Arlington man accused of scamming an elderly woman out of $15,000 in cash and gold bars.
Anuj Ashishbhai Modi, 24, of Arlington, is charged with financial abuse of the elderly, valued at $30,000 or more but less than $150,000, and engaging in organized criminal activity.
