GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas – A 19-year-old man has been sentenced to 28 years in prison after pleading guilty to murder in the 2025 shooting death of 18-year-old Jose Luis Flores outside a Grand Prairie convenience store.
Keionn Winters pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced by a judge, according to the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office.
