A defendant who shot a man to death with an AR-15-style pistol inside a south Arlington house in 2024 and then posted on the internet a photo of himself with a gun owned by the victim has pleaded guilty to murder.
Marshall McLemore was sentenced on Friday in a state district court to 15 years in prison in the killing of Alexander Rivas, according to a Tarrant County District Clerk’s Office record.
