The Kansas football team will try to continue their momentum on the road when they face TCU on Saturday. Kansas came from behind against Baylor, then secured their victory with a blocked field goal for their first Big 12 win of the season.
The Jayhawks did plenty of things right against the Bears, including resurrecting their running game. They produced 209 yards on the ground against a defense that held TCU to just 33 rushing yards the week before. On a whole, KU outgained Baylor with 421 yards of total offense compared to 358 for the Bears. KU won the first-down battle too, gaining 24 to Baylor’s 16.
