Fort Worth police say they are investigating a hit-and-run accident that killed a pedestrian on Interstate 20 Friday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the 11500 block of I-20 in west Fort Worth about 7:40 a.m. after a passerby reported the incident. The woman was struck while walking on the highway, police said. She died at the scene.
