DALLAS (KDAF) — Landon Wexler sits down with Rickey Booker, co-founder of The Breakfast Brothers , to chat about joining the Dallas chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association, the growth of the brand, and the importance of good quality food.
Booker received recognition from the Texas Restaurant Association earlier this year when he was invited to join the organization’s Dallas chapter. The TRA is the leading business association for Texas’ $95 billion foodservice industry, and has been around for 86 years. Booker is also a member of the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce, so he’s fully immersed in the local community and the food industry.
“The food is good, and we stay on top of making sure that we have consistency,” Booker said. “We try to please everybody.”
Booker mentioned the restaurant’s emphasis on customer service to ensure that each diner has a good experience. The Breakfast Brothers currently have four locations, two in Dallas, one in Arlington, and one in Houston.
