Relief swept through the Dallas community today as police confirmed that the previously missing 89-year-old Alvin Packer had been safely located. The Dallas Police Department had previously issued an urgent plea to the public on January 26, seeking assistance in tracking down Packer, who was last observed in his 2020 blue Ford Mustang at 2500 Magna Vista Dr.
