UT Arlington Police give ‘all clear’ after multiple bomb threats

UT Arlington police have sounded the “all clear” after a bomb threat forced them to evacuate several buildings on campus Monday night.

Police had ordered people out of Meadow Run, Arlington Hall, West Hall and Arbor Oaks. They searched the buildings but did not find anything suspicious. Students were allowed to return to those buildings.

There was a similar bomb scare on the campus of Texas State University in San Marcos. Police there also searched several buildings but did not find anything dangerous.

The rest of the campus were able to continue normal activity.
