DESOTO, Texas – Police in DeSoto, south of Dallas, said a woman who was kidnapped Thursday was found safe near the southern border. A CLEAR Alert was issued for 37-year-old Lacey Lyn Overby after police said she was abducted from a fast food restaurant in Lancaster while buying a meal for a man believed to be homeless.
