The mystifying case of Brenda Matissen, a 47-year-old business owner from Arlington, Texas, has remained unsolved since her disappearance on April 8, 2020. Brenda, known for her dedication as a single mother and entrepreneur, vanished without a trace, leaving behind a series of baffling clues and unanswered questions.
Brenda, last seen at her concrete business, Alltex Coring and Sawing, failed to make further contact with friends, family, or employees. The circumstances of her departure from the business remain unclear, with no known vehicle or mode of transportation identified at the time of her disappearance.
In the wake of Brenda’s disappearance, her truck was found undergoing repairs, eliminating it as a means of her leaving. More disturbingly, her home security system’s hard drives were discovered forcibly removed, and a large safe was missing from her residence. Her cell phone, purse, and other personal effects have never been found, deepening the mystery.
