On Saturday, January 27, 2024, at approximately 5:38 pm, Irving Police Officers responded to a disturbance at the 900 block of Lake Carolyn Parkway in Las Colinas. Upon arrival, they discovered that 34-year-old Dairious Okese Cabbil had assaulted his 25-year-old pregnant girlfriend during an argument, resulting in scratches to her arm. While the injuries were not life-threatening, they raised concerns due to the victim’s pregnancy.
