WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — Officials with the Wichita Falls Police Department have released more information on a fatal shooting on January 21, 2024 , after the second suspect in the alleged robbery died over the weekend.

According to Sgt. Charlie Eipper, WFPD’s Public Information Officer, detectives with the WFPD’s Crimes Against Persons Unit were informed at 2:10 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2024, that the second suspect died from injuries received during the alleged robbery turned shooting on January 21, 2024.
Sgt. Eipper said the second deceased suspect has been identified as Sydney Terrell Brown, 32, of Arlington. He said Brown had been hospitalized at United Regional since the night of the shooting.
Authorities said the other suspect, Quincy Roman Moore, 32, of Arlington, was pronounced deceased when he arrived at the hospital on January 21, 2024.
