For the second time in his life a convicted killer from Garland is facing another murder charge.
Rowlett Police say 35-year-old Keith Richmond is accused of shooting two sisters at a Rowlett gas station in 2022. One woman survived, but 31-year-old Hillary Plouck died.
A Rockwall County jury has been seated to hear the case.
In 2008, Richmond pleaded guilty to the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy. He served 10 years behind bars for that killing.
