CNS News-Lul Top, a 36-year-old mother from Texas, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly subjecting her five children to horrific abuse, including attempted violence with knives and placing a 3-year-old child into a hot oven. According to reports, Top’s children, aged 3, 6, 9, and 10, disclosed to Child Protection Services that their mother routinely subjected them to torture in search of alcohol.
