ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) – An Arlington trucker discovered he was one of five $1 million winners in the Virginia New Year’s Millionaire Raffle. Berhane Meharena of Arlington City, Va., was driving a truck in Texas when he decided to check the winning numbers of the raffle. He then found out his ticket, #485284, was a winner.
