This initiative aims to help defendants with outstanding court obligations to settle their cases. The court invites individuals with unresolved citations to contact them via call, email, or their website, or to visit in person. During the drive, the court will waive collection agency fees on warrants paid in full from February 20 to March 11, 2024. To benefit from this, you must present the official warrant notice.
The Arlington Municipal Court highlights the Safe Harbor State Law. This law allows individuals to appear voluntarily at any time to settle their cases without fear of arrest for Arlington Municipal Court warrants. Court Administrator Jake Medrano said the campaign’s goal is to encourage people with warrants to take responsibility and settle their violations.
