WACO, Texas (KWTX) – Texas DPS arrested a Dallas man attempting to smuggle four Hispanic men, including one under 18-years-old, from Mexico to Dallas, an affidavit alleges. Guillermo Ramirez Hernandez, 46, is charged with three counts of smuggling of persons and one count of smuggling of persons under 18-years-old. He also has an immigration detainer.
