Minor fender-bender ends in death of 16-year-old in Dallas

A 16-year-old was killed and two others shot in Dallas – and police say it all started with a minor crash.

Police got the call around 7 p.m. last night about a shooting at the Intersection of North Masters Drive and Carolina Oaks Drive in far East Dallas.

When they arrived at the scene, officers learned there was a crash at that intersection. After the crash, people not involved started fighting.

That’s when someone opened fire – hitting 3 three people. The 16-year-old was taken to the hospital but didn’t survive. A second victim was shot in the foot. The third has minor injuries.

So far, no arrests have been made, and police are still working to sort out how all this led to a deadly shooting.
