The National Weather Service Fort Worth TX has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for Dallas and surrounding North Central Texas areas effective from noon to 7 PM CDT today. The weather service forecasts “dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 109 expected”, as per the National Weather Service.
