The City of Dallas Convention and Event Services Department is calling upon constructors with an eye for innovation to contribute to the enhancement of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD), having issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to oversee Component 1 of the facility’s expansion, as reported last Friday. This initiative, seated west of Lamar Street, promises to transition the KBHCCD from the realm of imagination into tangible blueprints, set to foster equity and evoke economic stimulation, according to the City of Dallas.
