Dallas dog with horrifically matted fur could barely walk. Look at him now!

Noah, a 7-year-old chihuahua, was found last week on Botham Jean Boulevard in Dallas. His fur was so matted he could barely walk or see. It also caused a leg injury. He will be available for adoption after he has healed from leg surgery.
