WISE COUNTY, Texas – A Wise County Judge has granted a change of venue request for the suspect accused of killing 7-year-old Athena Strand nearly two years ago. According to the order by Judge Brock Smith, who oversees both Jack County and Wise County, the capital murder case against Tanner Horner will now be moved to Tarrant County.
