Cowboys ‘Need To Look In The Mirror!’ – Dak

The Dallas Cowboys got a much-needed 20-15 win over the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium, but Dak Prescott isn’t pleased with the offense.

While the Cowboys scored touchdowns on two of their first three drives, Mike McCarthy’s unit performed up-and-down in the second half .

Three times, the Cowboys got into scoring position at the Giants’ 42, 22, and 36-yard lines, and each time, they were forced to settle for a field goal attempt.

One positive was that Dallas got CeeDee Lamb involved early, but Dak had some rather intense words about the offense after a disjointed second half.

“We’ve got a build off of those drives and continue to go; we didn’t finish the way that we wanted to, not to our standard, and we left it in the hands of the defense, which is credit to those guys for finishing, getting it done not allowing any touchdowns,” he said. “But we’re an offense that can finish better and score more touchdowns than we did so we’ve got to look at ourselves in the mirror and go get that done.”
