DALLAS – The Lizard Lounge, an iconic Dallas music venue, closed four years ago, and now, the historic building that housed the venue is scheduled to be demolished. Next Level Events, a Dallas-based music events company, posted about the sale of the building, located at 2424 Swiss Ave., on Facebook this week.
