Police have identified the victim of a shooting in North Dallas earlier this week.
17-year-old Keysi Matos Delgado is identified as the victim of a shooting inside a vehicle in Far North Dallas on Monday night. Officers arrested 17-year-old Frank Molina Pacheco, who faces a manslaughter charge.
According to police, Molina Pacheco allegedly shot Delgado while they were both in the car near Timberglen Road before attempting to drive her to a hospital. He crashed along Dallas Parkway, where officers responded around 11 p.m. and found Delgado. She later died at the hospital.
Delgado’s family disputes the manslaughter charge, calling for it to be upgraded to murder.
