Cilantro Taco Grill, a fast-casual Mexican eatery founded in Chicago in 2013, has officially made its Texas debut. The restaurant opened its doors in Prosper on April 18, marking its first location outside of Illinois—and the beginning of an expansion across the U.S. and perhaps globally.
Known for its bold and authentic flavors, Cilantro Taco Grill plans to launch at least five more locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Florida, and California.
