6-foot boa constrictor removed from tree in North Texas

ARLINGTON, Texas — A sneaky slithery serpent got stuck in a tree in Arlington’s Veterans Park last week, according to the city.

A 6-foot-long red-tailed boa constrictor was pulled down from the tree by three Arlington Animal Services employees, the department said in a social media post. It came on the same day as “Lost Pet Awareness Day” – April 23.
