On a somber note, the Fort Worth community mourns the loss of one of its own. Officer Joe V. Graham, a member of the Fort Worth Police Department, passed away following a tragic sequence of events that began simply as a commute home.
The incident that led to Officer Graham’s untimely demise unfolded when he, off duty at the time, witnessed a case of potential harm. The driver of another vehicle was intoxicated, a condition that breeds catastrophe, and what followed was an altercation stained with resistance and injury.
