‘Several’ Arlington ISD students hospitalized, 1 student to be arrested after incident on bus, police say

ARLINGTON, Texas — Several Arlington ISD students were taken to a hospital, and a 14-year-old is expected to be arrested for assault after an incident on a bus Wednesday morning, officials said.

Arlington police said they were called to the 2100 block of S. Cooper Street after a student threw a water bottle containing an unknown substance at multiple other students.

“Originally, the student had advised the concoction was water, mustard and sand. After further investigation and testing, the substance [was] revealed to contain bleach as well,” Arlington police said in a statement…
