(The Center Square) – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement-Dallas has released more details about two Venezuelan nationals who were both in the U.S. illegally and are connected to the murder of a north Texas teenager, Ava Moore.
The Grapevine Police Department took into custody 22-year-old Venezuelan Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez, after her arrest in Dallas on felony manslaughter charges.
Moore, 18, was killed on Sunday while kayaking on Lake Grapevine, a reservoir roughly 20 miles northwest of Dallas. She had just graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School on May 19 and accepted her appointment to join the U.S. Air Force Academy’s Class of 2029.
