In a solemn remembrance, the Dallas Police Department recently paid tribute to two of its own who fell in the line of duty decades ago. Officers Theodore A. Tedford and Alex W. Tedford, brothers in arms as well as in blood, were commemorated with street toppers adorning the city they once served.
