Two men sentenced for trafficking drugs into Joplin

MISSOURI (KOAM) — A judge sentences two men to prison after trafficking methamphetamine from Dallas to Joplin.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, U.S. District Judge M. Douglas Harpool sentenced Juan Alvarado-Alvarado, 45, a Mexican National, to 192 months in federal prison without parole followed by five years of supervised release.
