Irving Police have announced an arrest in a murder from 1994. Megan Johns, 29, was killed at her apartment October 5, 1994.
Irving Police say coworkers called the complex that day when Johns did not show up. The manager of the complex found her body on the floor and called police.
Investigators found no sign someone had broken in, so they believed Johns knew her killer. They say she had a history of drugs and alcohol, and since she had gone sober, she was helping others overcome addiction. Police believed she may have known people who would want to victimize her, but they never made arrests…
