DUNCANVILLE, Texas — Florencio Frencho Garcia, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was apprehended on June 10, 2025, in Duncanville, Texas.
The arrest was made by Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID) Special Agents, who acted on investigative information.
