Fort Worth is priming 836 acres of ranchland in north Fort Worth for development.
City Council members authorized an agreement with developers to provide the Bonds Ranch Road-adjacent area with water and sewer services once it’s built out. The land currently sits in Fort Worth’s extraterritorial jurisdiction just east of Eagle Mountain Lake. The lot is south of Peden Road, east of Morris Dido Newark Road and north of Bonds Ranch Road.
