Why is Guerrero-Gallegos Wanted in Texas?
Guerrero-Galllegos is a criminal illegal immigrant from Mexico. In 2022, he was arrested by the Burleson Police Department for assault causing bodily injury to a family member. In June 2023, he was given a year of probation. Then, in May 2024, a warrant was issued for Guerrero-Gallegos by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation. The Fort Worth Police Department issued multiple warrants for his arrest in September 2024 for two counts of indecency with a child by exposure.
