NTTA raises toll rates across North Texas

If you drive on toll roads in North Texas, expect to pay a little more starting today.

The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) has increased its toll rates by one cent per mile. For drivers with a TollTag, the rate is now 22 cents per mile — up from 21. Those without a TollTag will see even higher charges, since they’ll be billed by mail at a higher per-mile rate.

The change affects all NTTA-managed toll roads, including the Dallas North Tollway, the President George Bush Turnpike, the Sam Rayburn Tollway, and the Chisholm Trail Parkway…
