A woman from Everman has been added to the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted” list. Investigators say Cindy Rodriguez Singh killed her six year old son in 2022.
Singh’s son disappeared in October 2022. The FBI says Everman Police made several checks at the family’s home, and the FBI says Singh lied to officers, telling them the child was living with his father in Mexico.
In March of 2023, the FBI says Singh, her husband and their six other kids boarded a flight for India without the six year old. The child, Noel Alvarez, was never found, but in October of 2023, Singh was charged with capital murder. In November, a federal warrant for “unlawful flight to avoid prosecution” was issued…
