Fort Worth initiative aims to tackle excessive vehicle noise

The city of Fort Worth has a message for people in the city’s downtown district: tone down the tailpipes. Police are tackling what they’re calling “excessive vehicle noise.” Some residents, business owners, and visitors said they welcome the effort.
